One of my favorite Nino "statements" if you can call them that is from his Jounetsu Tairiku appearance many years back (and that solidified my bias). I can't remember it verbatim now but he says something like he doesn't believe in planning or goal-setting because it's like your plotting your death or something.

He can be extremely profound and frank and mature. It's good to see that still hasn't changed. Oh, and it's so easy for him to not think about aging because it doesn't seem to be happening for him (at least physically). Haha
