NEWS' Masuda celebrated the 5-year anniversary of his corner on JWeb, and Arashi's Matsumoto Jun sent in a question for the occasion.

I like him a lot!

Of course.

There’s a lot of things that I like about Jun-kun.

Amidst all that, we’d chat whenever I get to see him, and he checks out the work that we do. He would ask questions like, “Who choreographed that?” or “What was the intention behind that?” or “That was interesting!”

I wonder why he watches us so intently?

That’s something I often think about.

Whenever I’m lost or need someone to talk to about directing, he’d listen to me, even if it took many hours. He would give me lots of advice and hints.

I’m constantly overwhelmed by the extent of his depth and feelings.

Precisely because he thinks so deeply,

If I were to hold such casual feelings, it wouldn’t be worth talking about at all!

I’m blown away by Arashi’s approach to creating their works and Jun-kun’s production ability.

That’s why when I talk to Jun-kun, I tend to review what I and NEWS are doing.

Perhaps it feels like some kind of an audition.

I hope Jun-kun can recognize our concerts someday!

But that’s the toughest thing to achieve.

I’m most nervous when I’m talking with Jun-kun! 💗

By the way, when I requested him to pen a question for this corner, he asked about the project’s purpose and contents, and sent over a few questions.
