I read this snippet and instantly fell in love with it, so much so that I didn't bother to find out if someone had already translated it or not.
MISS magazine reveals Nino's thoughts about the fans and Arashi.

About Leader…
He has a gift for art, but he has an amazing talent for ending work early.
That’s Leader for you. (laughs)
If he’s in a dilemma, he’ll choose the option that allows him to finish work earlier. He’s the kind of guy who will choose to skydive (even if it scares him) so that he can go home earlier.
About Jun-kun…
Jun-kun has changed, hasn’t he?
He’s turned from “I can’t do stuff like this” to “If I did it, it’d be pretty interesting, right?” He’s shifting bit by bit. (laughs)
“I unexpectedly suck at this.” It’s pretty fun watching that aspect of him.
About Sho-chan…
Sho-chan is a serious and earnest person.
Ah, but after we filmed a drama together, he’s become sort of an interesting character, I guess? But he does that so that the audience members enjoy themselves at the concerts and he makes the TV shows more interesting.
About Aiba-kun…
Aiba-kun is a serious and earnest person too.
He’s always thinking about how to make the program better and more interesting. There are people who skydive because they like it, but Aiba-kun is the kind of person who will jump from a plane (even though it scares him) if it made the show more interesting.
About the fans…
The fans have spent their time and money to come see us in concert, so as much as possible, I would like everyone to enjoy the concert equally. That’s why I don’t think there’s a need to issue platinum tickets and stuff. As long as fans continue to come, we’ll continue holding our concerts. But what struck me is their amazing passion. If they could just channel this passion all at once in another direction, I’m sure it would create a movement in Japan. (laughs)
No matter what we do, or what happens, when push comes to shove, Arashi will stand by each other.
Special thanks to the fan who shared this set of scans with me. You know who you are!
